### Modern Era & Sole Ownership (2021–Present)
On August 1, 2021, Dr. Michael Carper (WA9PIE) became the sole owner of HRD Software, LLC. Under his leadership, the company transitioned to a family-owned operation focused on technical excellence and community trust.
