Ham Radio Deluxe Software Development Update for versions 6.6 and 6.7

Ham Radio Deluxe v6.6

Beta testing is complete on those items being included in v6.6. This is the release that migrates us to a new software license server. This release is late. We apologize for the delays.

We are kicking off the automated process of creating keys in the new license server for our customers.

Keys HAVE NOT yet been sent out. There will be another announcement that comes out in a few days concurrent with the email that sends keys.

I'd like to publish the 6.6 release by week's end.

Ham Radio Deluxe v6.7

Because v6.6 is about 30 days late, the 6.7 release will be similarly delayed. A number of things in the 6.7 release content have been coded and are ready to be delivered to the beta testers following the 6.6 release. Among them - the addition of the ICOM IC-9700 and the panadapter display for capable ICOM radios (7300, 7610, and 9700).

I can't give you a specific date for the 6.7 release. Generally, I would expect it to follow the 6.6 release by roughly 30 days.

Along the way in the 6.7 release we expect to finish up work we started to improve QSL labeling.

In Other News...

We have received a Kenwood TS-890. We have the radio until the Huntsville hamfest and will be working to get it added to the suite.
