Contact HRD Software for Sales and Tech Support for Ham Radio Deluxe®

Support Options for Ham Radio Deluxe® Clients

At HRD Software, we assist all customers on a first-come, first-served basis — regardless of whether contact is made by phone, email, online ticket, social media, or voicemail. Here are the methods available to obtain support.

  • First and foremost, the answers to the majority of questions can be found by visiting support.hamradiodeluxe.com and searching for a keyword or phrase. More than 80% of requests that come to our support team can be easily found this way.
  • Create a support request on our online support system at support.hamradiodeluxe.com.
    • Login using the email address associated with your purchase.
    • You will receive an email confirmation with a reference number to track your request.
  • Email us at support@hrdsoftwarellc.com for technical support, or sales@hrdsoftwarellc.com for sales support.
    • If you have purchased from us before, please email from the address associated with your purchase and include your name, callsign, phone number, and a brief description of your request. Your email will be automatically entered into the support queue and a request will be created.
  • Call us at the numbers listed below and select Technical Support or Sales.
    • If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail with your name, callsign, phone number, and a brief description of your request. Your message will be entered into the support queue automatically and you will receive an email confirmation.

For all contact methods, you will likely receive an initial email response with either an answer or a request for additional information. You can login to the support system at any time to view your requests and our responses.

Software Activation Keys

If you need your software activation key, please try this before contacting support — it will save you time. Visit keyretrieval.hamradiodeluxe.com and use the email address associated with your purchase to have your key emailed to you. If your key is not found, contact sales@hrdsoftwarellc.com and the sales team will generate one for you. When you receive your key, copy and paste it into the software — the system does not generate invalid keys, so if you get an error it was not entered correctly.
