Key Retrieval
If you have purchased Ham Radio Deluxe® previously, you can retrieve your activation key by visiting keyretrieval.hamradiodeluxe.com. You will receive the key via email to the address associated with your purchase. Copy and paste the key into the registration field, making sure there are no blank spaces before or after it. If you are unable to obtain your key, contact us at support.hamradiodeluxe.com.
If you are running an older version of Ham Radio Deluxe® (v6.0–v6.5), please note that the legacy license server has been decommissioned. Read our announcement about the legacy key server decommission for details on obtaining a replacement key.
This download is the same for FULL or TRIAL versions of Ham Radio Deluxe® (HRD) and includes all bug fixes to date.
The Trial version converts to a Full version when a software activation key is purchased and applied after installation. This allows operators who used the Trial version to retain their logbook database and other settings after purchase.
If you purchased Eltima's Virtual Serial Port Driver (VSPD) from us, please download it here. Your key is available in your purchase receipt.
